I just did the 30 Day Shred video, because I’m waiting for INSANITY to come in the mail (yay!), and I guess I am in better shape than I was the first time I ever tried 30 Day Shred. That was significantly easier than I remember. Granted, my heart rate still got up, and I worked up a sweat..but that just really wasn’t enough of a workout for me. Especially with the fact that I’ve got a PT test next week. I guess I’m gonna try and find something else to add on to today, maybe I’ll go for a run. Lord knows that’s where I need the most work as far as my PT score is concerned. Oh, and I went grocery shopping today and bought all sorts of healthy things, and so far my diet for today is right on point :)
